I received an error message, ‘Cannot contact the TurningPoint server’.
It is likely that your proxy server is blocking the activation wizard. You can either activate TurningPoint over the internet using a normal internet connection (e.g. at home) or over the phone by calling Turning Technologies on 08450 724 999.
